Is it safe to use my credit card/debit card on your site?
Yes, it is safe. All credit card transactions are Secure Socket Layers encrypted. The company registration documents and the site's registered domain name are both checked and verified by VeriCard.
What are cookies? Do I need to enable cookies on my browser to shop on Lifestore?
A cookie is a piece of information sent to a browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc) via a Web Server. The browser then returns that information to the Web server. This is how some Web pages "remember" your previous visits. To ensure that the goods are received by the addressee, information is collected either electronically by using cookies or is provided voluntarily by the User. For example, an e-commerce site might use a cookie to remember which items you've placed in your online shopping cart. Cookies can also store user preference information, log-in data, etc. Users may determine cookie use independently through their browser settings.
Cookies are required only if you want your browser to remember items that you have placed in your shopping cart but have not yet purchased. If you do not have cookies enabled, then any items you’ve placed in your cart but have not yet purchased will be “forgotten” once you’ve left our site.
Why should I join your email list or subscribe to your newsletter?
By joining our email list you allow us to inform you about competitions and special offers from LifeStore and/or its partners / affiliates.
You will also receive exclusive coupons and gifts that we send only to those on our email list. We will only send you emails that relate to the specific product groups that you have selected.

Orders received before 13:00, with the proof of payment, will be sent out the same day, via our courier service. This is conditional to available stock.
There’s a problem with my order. What should I do?

How do I return an item I ordered?
Should you have a problem with your order, i.e. incorrect title, or damaged stock, please contact us either via email or telephone and we will arrange collection accordingly. We will also see that you receive replacement stock, should this be applicable.
Any other reasons for returning your order will be addressed and resolved via email or telephonically, to ensure that you are satisfied with your order.
What is the status of my order?
Once proof of payment has been received for your order, your order is processed and will be dispatched within 48 hours, depending on courier collection times and stock availability.
Should the item ordered be out of stock, you will be notified accordingly as to when this will be expected in stock.
To enquire about the whereabouts of your order, please feel free to contact us via email, or telephonically and we will provide you with the necessary feedback.
How do I cancel my order?
Should you wish to cancel your order, for whatever reason, please notify us as soon as possible, via email: orders@lifestore.co.za
If you have already made payment for your order, we will ensure that you are refunded accordingly, as per your cancellation request.
Can I order an item online and pick it up at a physical address?
If you would prefer to collect your order, please contact us on +2711 792 4277 to make the necessary arrangements. We will also advise you on possible collection times.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Lifestore will deliver to any address that is listed as long as there is someone to sign for the product. Lifestore will not be held liable for any loss or damage that comes from delivering to a PO box address. Should you wish for your order to be sent via postal serives, other than normal postal delivery, you will be advised and quoted accordingly for this cost.
When will my credit card be charged for my order?
Your credit card will be charged immediately upon check-out, should sufficient funds be available.
Proof of payment for credit card transactions are automatically sent to us from our service provider, within 24 hours.
How long will it take to receive my order?
You order will be processed and dispatched from Lifestore within 48 hours of the purchase being approved. Delivery of your order can be expected within 2-7 working days, depending on the delivery address.
What happens if Lifestore does not have the item I have ordered in stock?
Lifestore will notify you that the item ordered is not in stock, as well as the expected date that this item will be in stock. If you are willing to wait for the order, the item will be placed on backorder and you will receive the item when Lifestore has this back in stock. If you do not wish to wait for your order, you will be refunded accordingly, or your order can be exchanged for another item of the same value.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes we do. All transactions through Lifestore are VAT-able.
